(Stafford Springs, CT)—Tickets for the 52nd running of the NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler® are now available. Slated for April 27th & 28th, the NAPA Spring Sizzler® will once again mark the biggest Modified race of the year and the official start to the 2024 race season at Stafford.

Stafford officials have also released lap sponsorship information for the 2024 NAPA Spring Sizzler®. All lap sponsors will receive a limited edition signed Ron Silk trading card along with a full pack of trading cards featuring the top-10 finishers in last year’s NAPA Spring Sizzler®. Lap sponsors have boosted prize money for the race teams nearly $15,000 in each of the last two Spring Sizzler® events with Ron Silk winning $35,650 in last year’s event.
“The lap sponsorship program has been fun the last few seasons,” explained Stafford GM David Arute. “We’ve created a new tradition with the winner’s trading card and hope the fans continue to enjoy it. This year we’ve added trading cards of the top-10 finishers in last season’s Sizzler® to add a little more for our lap sponsors. Let’s see who can get all 10 cards signed at this year’s pit party.”
NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler® Weekend will kick-off April 27th with the NAPA Auto Parts Duel. The Duel, two 40-lap qualifiers for the Open Modified division, will set the field for Sunday’s 100-lap NAPA Spring Sizzler®. Saturday will also include qualifying and features for the Late Model, Limited Late Model, and Street Stock divisions.
The weekend continues Sunday, April 28th with the 52nd running of the NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler® where Ron Silk will look to defend his 2023 victory. The SK Modified® and SK Light Modified divisions will begin their 2024 season with qualifying and feature racing that afternoon. The fan favorite NAPA Pit Party will also return before feature racing on Sunday.
