Penalties- Suspended from competition at Stafford Motor Speedway for the next six (6) completed events.
Placed on probation through the end of the 2026 racing season.
Two-Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) fine payable via check to the Catherine V. Hubbard Animal Sanctuary.
#74 Limited Late Model, driver Matt Winter, II
Infraction- Actions detrimental to racing; over-aggressive driving, repeated violations while on probation.
Penalties- Suspended from competition at Stafford Motor Speedway for the next three (3) completed events.
Placed on probation through the end of the 2026 racing season.
One-Hundred Fifty Dollar ($150.00) fine payable via check to the Catherine V. Hubbard Animal Sanctuary.
