JEFF MALAVE PENALTY RESCINDED

(Stafford Springs, CT)---Upon further review, it has been determined that Jeff Malave was not in violation of the Stafford Motor Speedway SK Modified® tire rule and the penalty that was issued has been rescinded.

Malave has been reinstated to his original third place finishing position and the remainder of the field will retain their original finishing positions from the May 23rd 40-lap SK Modified® feature event. Malave has also had his tire credit reinstated to give him two tire credits for his next event attended.
